At Arbor Day ceremonies at Blackbird State Forest, Governor Jack Markell, State Rep. Dave Wilson and Delaware Forest Service (DFS) officials honored the winners of the forest service's annual School Poster Contest.

Two of the winners attend school in Milford, including Stephen Venable of Milford's Honor Academy (the overall winner of the Delaware Arbor Day School Poster Contest).
