State Rep. Shannon Morris was first elected in November 2018 to replace retired Rep. Bobby Outten. Shannon represents the 30th District, which includes the areas of Harrington, Felton, and Farmington in Kent County, DE. Rep. Morris' member affiliations include the National Rifle Association, the Delaware State Sportsmen's Association, and Masonic Union Lodge #7. In the House, Shannon serves as a member on the following committees: Agriculture; Gaming & Parimutuels; Public Safety & Homeland Security; Telecommunication Internet & Technology; Transportation/Land Use and Infrastructure; and Veterans Affairs. Rep. Morris is employed by Kent County Levy Court as the Chief Code Enforcement Officer.
